Rijeka International Carnival, Rijeka, Croatia

Rijeka Carnival began to create its identity back in 1982. Starting with only three domestic carnival groups and around hundred participants it has turned into an international event which today, only during the International Carnival Parade, counts over ten thousand participants from around ten world countries. The 2011 Rolling Film Festival will once again highlight the films made by and about Roma around the world. International Film Festival – FEST, Belgrade, Serbia

Belgrade will be the host of the 39th edition of the International Film Festival - FEST. This year's FEST will showcase many of the best films and laureates from the main festivals in the past year: Berlin, Cannes, Venice, Toronto, as well as many other important international works. The viewers will have the opportunity to see the latest films of many significant authors, including the youngest future international stars, as well as the premieres of leading Serbian authors. ZAGREBDOX, International Festival of Documentary Film, Zagreb, Croatia

The 7th edition of the ZAGREBDOX film festival will, besides international and regional competition, include official programmes: “Music Globe”, “Controversial Dox”, “Happy Dox”, last year established “State of Affairs” and two completely new programmes “Teen Dox” and “Masters of Dox”. Mother Africa Performance, Bucharest, Romania

Mother Africa – Circus of Joy performance will be shown at Palace Hall in Bucharest. About 40 artists from many different countries of Africa will present skilful acrobatics, music and dances as well as a colorful and stirring circus show. More information available HERE

Kurentovanje International Carnival Festival, Ptuj, Slovenia

Izmir European Jazz festival, Izmir, Turkey

European Jazz Festival is an annual cultural event that is held in the first half of every March. This is its 17th edition. The Festival offers a selection of jazz music performances with the participations of renowned artists and music groups from Europe and Turkey. International Environmental Film Festival EKO OKO, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
