Project Title: Call for professional services for the Regional Cooperation Council.

The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Secretariat is repeating call for  supply of professional services for the design, development and implementation of the Database for the monitoring and evaluation mechanism of the regional cooperation and progresses in the justice and home affairs activities (M&EM Database) in accordance with the Tender Dossier and accompanying Annex A-Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanism (M&EM), and Annex B-Benchmarks and indicators to monitor and evaluate regional cooperation in JHA area.

Tenders must be submitted following the instructions set out in the tender dossier.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 14 March 2012 at 17.00.
