Institutional Structure

Each participating economy has designated a National Roma Contact Point (NRCP) - relevant high level official responsible for the overall coordination of Roma integration policies - according to the European Commission proposed Terms of Reference. The project assists the participating economies to establish and maintain an inter-disciplinary body consisted of public officials responsible for education, employment, health, housing, civil registration, finances, statistics and other relevant areas, as well as representatives of the Roma community. These bodies meet regularly to coordinate, monitor and steer the Roma integration policies. The project Action Team and the EU Delegation representatives attend these meetings.
