The Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Goran Svilanovic will address Junior Diplomats from South East Europe at the 2nd SEECP Seminar for young diplomats to be organized by the Slovenian South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) Chairmanship-in-Office (CiO), in Ljubljana, Slovenia. 

Secretary General will share organization’s mission and activities focusing on the importance of regional cooperation and activities within the RCC-developed Multi-Annual Plan (MAP) for Regional Economic Area (REA). He will also underline importance of RCC’s engagement in line with thematic priorities encompassed by RCC’s Statute.
