The Western Balkan (WB) Roaming Policy Meeting under auspices of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is to take place in Brussels on 13 December 2018. 

This meeting aims at having in depth discussions among ICT Ministries and Telecommunications Regulators on the new draft Regional Roaming Agreement (RRA). Based on the inputs and suggestions of the European Commission and representatives coming from the participating economies, the RCC will prepare and consequently share a consolidated draft of RRA, which will be basis for the discussions of the upcoming roaming policy meeting. The meeting will also benefit from expert advice to be provided during the meeting from European Union’s Directorate General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT) representatives. 

This meeting on roaming policy will follow the 37th BEREC (Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications) plenary meetings from early December 2018.
