Regional Cooperation Councils (RCC), again this year partners up with the Brussels-based think tank Friends of Europe for the annual event dedicated to the Western Balkans. Majlinda Bregu, the RCC Secretary General will join the debate on the future of the Balkans and explore new ideas and approaches at this year's event titled 'It takes two to tango: the Western Balkans between hope and reality' taking place in Brussels on 3 December 2019.

The 20th edition of this high-level international conference gather EU and national policymakers, government officials, representatives from business and international organisations as well as leading academics and journalists.
