The Italian Chairmanship will devote the OSCE-wide Counter-Terrorism Conference to the theme “The Reverse Flow of Foreign Terrorist Fighters (FTFs): Challenges for the OSCE Area and Beyond”. The conference will be held at the level of national counter-terrorism co-ordinators, senior experts and practitioners.
