The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is seeking consultancy services to provide analytical and policy support related to the internationalisation of higher education and skills mobility in the Western Balkans Six. The scope of work under this assignment includes providing targeted analytical and policy inputs to support the preparation, delivery, and follow-up of a regional conference on the internationalisation of higher education and skills mobility, including conference-specific benchmarking and policy framing, situated within relevant EU frameworks and the CRM 2.0 and SEE2030 strategic context, and the formulation of actionable recommendations arising from the Conference.
