The RCC Secretariat is looking for a company from the information technology sector to provide professional services for web design, development, hosting and maintenance of the online Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP).
The main objective of the platform will be to complement in-person activities implemented under the ESAP project and promote online interaction and knowledge sharing among stakeholders involved in employment and social affairs in the Western Balkans. The project, which began its implementation in 2016 and lasts for 3 years, aims to strengthen regional cooperation and institutional capacities of national administrations, employers’ and workers’ organisations, enabling them to develop and effectively implement labour market and social policy reforms in their EU enlargement process.

The RCC Secretariat is looking for consultancy services to support the process of enhancing employment and social policy making and implementation in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Serbia and The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
The main objective of the assignment is to provide a comparative overview of labour market data sources, methodologies and definitions, and analyse employment and labour market trends in the six Western Balkans economies, based on which employment rate projections for 2020 will be produced.
