The RCC Secretariat is looking for consultancy services to support the process of enhancing employment and social policy making and implementation in six RCC participants from Western Balkans. The main objective of the assignment is to produce a regional assessment of employment and social policy measures contained in national strategic documents with a focus on those prioritized in the Economic Reform Programmes and Employment and Social Reform Programmes, and propose expert recommendations on further improvements. This consultancy is part of the Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP) - a regional project financed by the European Commission and implemented jointly by the RCC and ILO. International Open Tender for Procurement of Consultancy Services on Roma Integration Participatory Public Policy Formulation
The Roma Integration 2020 project assists governments of the Western Balkans and Turkey in implementing their public policies for integration of Roma. The RCC Roma Integration 2020 Action Team is looking for consultancy services to ensure and assist in the formulation of annual plans for Roma integration for 2017 of the participating governments within the project. Experts shall be engaged in: 1) formulation of annual plan proposal; 2) facilitation and reporting on participatory process of consultations; 3) review and incorporation of recommendations in a final annual plan proposal to be presented, discussed and adopted by the respective government. Deliverables include a background paper, action plan proposal, policy recommendation paper from the Public Dialogue Forum and a final action plan proposal for Roma integration for 2017.
