Promotion

Promotion - WE Campaign

Regional Cooperation Council, jointly with Women Entrepreneurs in the Western Balkans, promotes regional networking and promotion by engaging key stakeholders and beneficiaries and empowering the voice of local business-women networks. Through an inclusive approach, RCC is implementing promotional activities aiming to showcase success stories and share women entrepreneurial best practices.

Mentorship

Mentorship Programme

The need for mentoring remains an indispensable request by women entrepreneurs throughout the region, but also an essential requirement to help professional growth and networking. Through the Regional Network of Women in Entrepreneurship (RNWE), mentorship and coaching programmes will be devised for women entrepreneurs of the region, participants of the RNWE and winners of the RCC-Initiative “Western Balkans Women Entrepreneurs of the Year”.
The first mentorship programme kick-off on 2-3 June 2022 in Belgrade, Serbia.

Recognition

Recognition

In February 2022, Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) launched the Western Balkans Women Entrepreneurs of the Year initiative, one that will become a tradition, to recognise women who have started and developed their own business and contributed to new and sustainable jobs for other women and men in our region. Through this initiative, RCC aims to give a humble recognition to those brave and fierce women in the Western Balkans region who dared to fight stereotypes and make a change, across six key sectors.
