This document introduces the achievements of WBCTi iPA 2015-2017 implementation and also clearly outlines those instances where, according to our methodology, a priority from 2015-2017 will continue to be addressed in the WBCTi iPA 2018-2020. It is the assessment of the Lead Partners that so far, the implementation of the WBCTi objectives have demonstrated important opportunities in better alignment and thus a more efficient investment on behalf of WBCTi partners.
