Project is a part of the RCC Regional P/CVE Platform, financed from IPA II 2016 WB P/CVE Grant

We are looking for an expert who would do mapping and analysis of existing cyber security legal and practical arrangements in the Western Balkans Six (WB6) and main challenges to the security of critical infrastructure (virtual and real). Regional review is expected, as well as jurisdiction-specific reviews.

The consultancy is to also review the main challenges of online radicalization in WB6, including terrorist and violent extremist propaganda, as well as legal framework and state-of-play as regards practical efforts in prevention and countering of online radicalization in WB6.

The study is expected especially to find and define connections between cyber security and prevention and countering online radicalization, to identify main problems and gaps, and to propose practical recommendations both at regional and national level.
