In the context of countries emerging from long periods of violence (such as Basque Country, Northern Ireland, the former Yugoslavia, as well as the end of the Caliphate in Syria and Iraq), this meeting will delve deep into the social and political situation of the victims. Participants will review ways victims can contribute to improving social cohesion in these areas. The ex post paper will provide practical guidelines, as well as practices for inspiration.
