Conference on Cybercrime and information security - Konferencija o visokotehnološkom kriminalu i informacionoj bezbjednosti
The Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia is organizing a Ministerial Conference on high-tech crime and information security under the slogan “Connect Securely!” in Belgrade, on 20th and 21st September 2018. The Conference is supported through the project Enhancing Cybersecurity Governance in the Western Balkans, implemented by the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF). This project was funded by the UK Government’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).
The conference aims to establish a political dialogue in the region on growing threats in cyberspace, to promote the role of international and regional cooperation, as well as cooperation with the private sector, with a view to achieving a higher level of information security and advancing the fight against high-tech crime.

Ministarska konferencija o visokotehnološkom kriminalu i informacionoj bezbjednosti "Poveži se sigurno" će se održati u Beogradu, u Palati Srbija, 20. i 21. septembra 2018. godine u organizaciji Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Srbije.
Konferencija ima za cilj da uspostavi politički dijalog u regionu o rastućim prijetnjama u Cyber prostoru, unaprijedi ulogu međunarodne i regionalne saradnje, kao i saradnju sa privatnim sektorom, kako bi se postigao viši stepen informacione bezbjednosti i podstakla borba protiv visokotehnološkog kriminala.
Konferencija je podržana kroz projekat "Unapređenje upravljanja sajber bezbednošću na Zapadnom Balkanu", koji sprovodi Ženevski centar za demokratsku kontrolu oružanih snaga (DCAF). Projekat je finansijiski podržao Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Ministarstvo spoljnih poslova Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva (FCO).
