The fourth Task Force meeting will be held on 12-13 December 2019 in Belgrade, Serbia.

Participants of the fourth Task Force meeting are its members: National Roma Contact Points from the participating governments (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, the Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey), two Roma civil society representatives from the enlargement region, representatives of the European Union, Open Society Foundations and the Regional Cooperation Council. 

* This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence.
