The purpose of the workshop is to two fold:

• To provide thorough information and create knowledge on the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance structure - a European Union funding mechanism, and 
• To improve and expand inter-institutional engagement, institutions' capacities and skills to absorb funds and work for Roma inclusion, practicing the concepts of good governance.
