Roma Integration: Piloting the Regional Housing Mapping Methodology in Two Municipalities per Economy

The RCC Roma Integration Action Team is looking for five consultancies to assist in piloting the Regional Housing Mapping Methodology in selected municipalities in five economies of the Western Balkans.

The purpose of the consultancy is to fully implement the regionally endorsed Housing Mapping Methodology (https://www.rcc.int/romaintegration2020/docs/126/regional-methodology-on-mapping-of-roma-housing) in two municipalities per economy: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Kosovo*

International Open Call for Consultancy Services: An updated review of the performance of the Western Balkan economies regarding the European Pillar of Social Rights - Extended Deadline

The aim of the assignment is to update the existing reviews of the current situation and trends regarding the performance of the Western Balkan economies in each of the 20 principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights. The updated reviews should include the latest data for the indicators of the Social Scoreboard (including for 2019 where available) and recent policy developments, actions, legislation and implementation with regard to the realisation of the Pillar principles.

This consultancy is part of the Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP) 2 - a regional project financed by the European Commission and implemented jointly by the RCC and ILO in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo , Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia, and Serbia. The project, which began its implementation in 2019 and lasts for 3 years, aims to strengthen regional cooperation and institutional capacities of national administrations, employers’ and workers’ organisations, enabling them to develop and effectively implement labour market and social policy reforms in their EU enlargement process.
