IISG: Support to the development of the Needs Mapping Reports

The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) and Integrative Internal Security Governance (IISG) Secretariat are looking for qualified consulting companies, consortia or individual consultants to Support the Integrative Internal Security Governance Secretariat (IISG) to develop the Biennial needs mapping reports in the areas of counter-terrorism, organised crime and border security. The overall objective of the consultancy is to support the development of the “Biennial Needs Mapping” document, which maps the security needs of the Western Balkan partners in the areas of the three IISG pillars (WBCTi, WBCSCi, WBBSi) every two years.

Technical assistance for Implementation of SecuriMeter - Security public opinion survey 2022

The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is seeking consultancy services to collect data to help determine the public attitudes in the Western Balkans concerning the security situation, particularly in the context of the Common Regional Market (CRM) 2021-2024 agenda through the implementation of a field survey in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia and Serbia.
For this purpose, a consultancy or a consulting consortium (hereinafter: the Consultant) will be engaged to support the development and execution of the data collection phase and data processing of the survey on behalf of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC).

Women in STEM Role Models Regional Online Communications Campaign

The RCC is looking for a qualified consultant(s) to support the RCC and the Western Balkans region in empowering young women to enter STEM education and careers through the implementation of the Women in STEM Role Models Regional Online Communications Campaign. The goal of the Campaign is to raise awareness among high-school girls and young women in the Western Balkans about the importance of STEM fields for their future jobs prospects and encourage them to pursue both higher education in STEM fields and consider STEM professions as their primary choices.

The consultancy aims to support the activities undertaken by the RCC and the United Nations Development Programme with the WB Governments and various regional organisations in the framework of the implementation of the Common Regional Market Action Plan 2021-2024 (CRM). The CRM’s Regional Innovation Area component aims to assist the development of a regional innovation ecosystem.

Technical assistance in supporting the programming and reporting processes of the SEE 2030 Strategy

The RCC is looking for a qualified consultant(s) to provide technical advice, editorial support and written input for the implementation of programming and reporting cycles of the South East Europe 2030 Strategy.
The scope of work under this assignment includes the assistance to the SEE 2030 Team of RCC Secretariat in conducting the programming, and reporting process of the SEE 2030 Strategy, as well as supporting the smooth functioning of dialogue mechanisms

Roma Integration: Mapping Housing of Roma in Albania

The RCC Roma Integration Action Team is looking for the consultancy to fully implement the regionally endorsed Housing Mapping Methodology in Albania. The Methodology is used to map the settlements with Roma population in need of housing improvement. The following 18 municipalities are subject to this call: Rrogozhinë, Peqin, Roskovec, Shkoder, Lezhe, Kruja, Divjakë, Kavajë, Belsh, Cërrik, Delvina, Devoll, Librazhd, Shijak, Patos, Kurbin, Permet, and Ura Vajgurore.
