ZABLJAK DECLARATION

The Declaration sets out the Western Balkan Six commitments to accelerate implementation of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans and endorses key regional deliverables on climate, biodiversity, forest restoration, plastics and EPR. It was endorsed by the WB6 economies at the Third GAWB Ministerial Meeting on 18 September 2026 in Žabljak.
