Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) in cooperation with the Albanian School of Magistrates will organize the 7th Meeting of the South East Europe Judicial Training Institutes (SEE JTI) Network, in Tirana, on 5 December 2023 . Annual meetings of the SEE JTI network facilitate the exchange of experiences and good practices between jurisdictions related to improvement of the efficiency and competence of judges and prosecutors in SEE and reforms undertaken aimed at enhanced independence and accountability of judiciaries.

The 7th meeting of the SEE JTI Network will bring together the representatives of the Judicial Academies of the South East Europe (SEE), but also partner organizations such as Council of Europe HELP Programme, European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) to discuss issues of mutual relevance and agree on the objectives of the network’s activities in the upcoming period. Focus of the meeting will be on the importance of promotion of digitalization in judicial sector and its impact in judicial training. Through panel discussions the meeting will also try to explore the role of judicial training and digitalization in improving access to justice, and how the SEE JTI can facilitate such role.
