The Regional Cooperation Council is to organise 9th Meeting of Prime Minister’s Sherpas on the Berlin Process Summit Deliverables and Common Regional Market 2, on 29 February 2024 in Tirana, on the margins of the Regional Summit on Growth and Convergence Plan.

The meeting aims to facilitate discussions and consensus-building on the list of potential deliverables related to the Common Regional Market, and the outcomes are intended to be finalised during the upcoming Berlin Process Summit. It will be equally important to assess potential obstacles and challenges in the implementation of agreed deliverables for 2024, as well as to maintain the political support in the run up to the Berlin Process Summit. Moreover, the meeting will initiate strategic dialogues regarding the priority policy areas for the successor of the Common Regional Market beyond 2024 and outline the subsequent steps in this process.
