The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is organising a meeting of the Women Diplomats Network on 1 July 2026 in Sarajevo, bringing together its designated focal points to endorse the Network’s Terms of Reference and mark an important step towards formalising its work and defining its next activities. Established under the Berlin Process in 2025, the Network brings together women diplomats from across the Western Balkans Six to strengthen regional cooperation, professional exchange, visibility and leadership, while promoting more inclusive and gender-responsive diplomacy. The meeting will also explore ways to ensure the Network’s continuity, regional relevance and longer-term sustainability, with the RCC contributing strategic regional input, substantive support and visibility.
