The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is seeking a short-term expert to provide support to the RCC, in particular the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans (GAWB) team, in advancing the implementation of the Climate Pillar of the GAWB, as well as related environmental priorities at the regional level. The assignment will be carried out under a short-term service contract, with an expected duration until March 2027.
037-026 Individual Experts on Public Employment Services (PES) 2026 Benchlearning in Western Balkans Six (WB6)

The RCC’s EU-funded Employment and Social Affairs Platform project (ESAP 3) is seeking consultancy services to support the third cycle of PES Benchlearning among the Public Employment Services (PES) in the Western Balkans Six (WB6). The assignment will focus on contributing to the mapping, assessment, and improvement of current PES performance management practices, in line with the updated EU PES Benchlearning methodology. The consultant(s) will work in close cooperation with a team of international/EU experts to support the implementation of the 2026 PES Benchlearning process across PES offices in the WB6.
036-026 Strengthening Youth Digital Resilience in Serbia: Development of 1) Research on AI and Media Literacy, 2) Training of Trainers, and 3) Media Campaign

The RCC’s EU-funded Western Balkans Youth Lab 2 is seeking a qualified consultancy team to support the working group of the Youth Policy Lab on Disinformation and Media Literacy in Serbia in developing activities aimed at strengthening youth digital resilience. This will be delivered through the development of research on AI and media literacy, a Training-of-Trainers programme, and an awareness campaign to build capacities, promote critical thinking, and support safe and responsible digital participation among young people.
