The RCC’s EU-funded Western Balkans Youth Lab 2 is seeking a consultancy service to support the working group of the Youth Policy Lab on Disinformation and Media Literacy in North Macedonia in developing a comprehensive Development of a Comprehensive Media Literacy Programme and Teacher Manual for Secondary Education in North Macedonia. The assignment will focus on analysing how young people are portrayed in the media and how they perceive their own representation, while also examining the role of media professionals, digital content creators, and influencers in shaping public narratives about youth.

The Analysis should provide data on how young people are portrayed in the media, how they perceive their own visibility and representation, and how digital content and influencers shape public narratives and expectations related to youth.

The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is seeking consultancy services to provide support for the preparation of a regional document to support WB6 transposition of the EU National Emission reduction Commitments Directive (NECD).
This assignment will collect all relevant inputs to produce a regional document that reflects the intent of the WB6 to align with the EU NECD, addresses the negative health issues due to air pollution and facilitates implementation of the Revised GAWB Action Plan.

028-026 SecuriMeter - Security public opinion survey in the Western Balkans 2026-2027, data collection and data processing

Since 2021, the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) has been measuring public attitudes, experiences, and perceptions regarding the security situation in the Western Balkans. The continuation of the Public Opinion Survey on security issues remains a key priority for understanding citizens’ perceptions and assisting practitioners and governments in enhancing their actions.
The RCC invites applications from consulting companies and individual consultants within bidding consortia to implement the SecuriMeter Security Public Opinion Survey 2026-2026 -2027. This initiative aims to gather and analyse data on public attitudes towards the security situation across the Western Balkans.
