SEE2030 Strategy Mid-Term Implementation Report provides a state-of-play assessment of the South East Europe 2030 Strategy implementation in 2021–2025. It reviews progress against the Strategy’s headline targets and indicators, highlights key achievements and gaps, and examines how major external developments - including economic shocks, demographic decline, migration, climate risks, energy security and geopolitical changes - have affected delivery. The report focuses on the three SEE2030 dimensions of Prosperity, People, and Peace and Partnerships, offering recommendations for strengthening implementation, financing, monitoring and regional cooperation in the second half of the Strategy period.
