The 2025 Report on the Implementation of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans Action Plan (GARI) provides a comprehensive overview of progress across the 58 actions of the Green Agenda Action Plan and its seven thematic roadmaps: climate action, energy, sustainable transport, circular economy, depollution, sustainable agriculture, and protection of nature and biodiversity. The report assesses progress achieved across the Western Balkans Six during 2025, identifies key implementation gaps and challenges, and outlines priority actions to accelerate alignment with the European Green Deal and the EU accession process.
