The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) seeks a qualified service provider to support the migration, expansion, and secure hosting of the Regional Recognition Database (RRD) - a digital platform developed to facilitate the exchange of information, used by competent regional authorities to enable more efficient and transparent academic recognition processes across the Western Balkans Six region. The selected service provider will work closely with RCC and relevant stakeholders to ensure a secure and seamless transition, maintain data integrity, and support potential system scalability.
