Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is looking for a consulting company or consortium of experts to support the RCC in preparing the Western Balkans Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) 2025 Report.
The overall objective of the consultancy is to support the Western Balkans Six (WB6) in monitoring digital progress in each WB6 and the region towards the digital targets, by using indicators related to DESI, in line with the four dimensions of the Digital Decade Policy Programme 2030, European Union (EU) best practices, and the respective EU DESI methodology.
