072-025 Strengthening Regional Smart Specialisation Ecosystems Initiative

The RCC is looking for a qualified consulting company or consortia of individual experts to assist in enhancing the institutional capacity of the region’s Smart Specialisation teams (S3). The assignment aims to support S3 teams in the Western Balkans by providing tailored coaching and co-writing support for EU project proposals, offering mentoring and proposal review support, delivering capacity-building online workshops for S3 stakeholders and preparing a compendium of good practices and case studies on S3 implementation and project success stories.
The consultancy aims to support the activities undertaken by the RCC in the framework of the implementation of the Common Regional Market Action Plan 2025-2028 (CRM 2.0). The CRM 2.0’s Human Capital Development pillar seeks to foster the growth of a regional innovation ecosystem by supporting innovation-related initiatives and enhancing workforce skills.
