Western Balkans Six Financial Literacy Framework for Individuals was endorsed at the Economy Ministers’ Meeting and Berlin Process Business Forum on 16 October 2025 in London.

It encompasses over 600 competencies to improve financial understanding, inclusion, and empowerment across the region.
