The Regional Cooperation Council's (RCC) Secretariat is looking for consultancy services to design, with RCC’s input, and execute the data collection, data processing, data analysis, conclusions and recommendations of the public and business opinion surveys, supporting the production of the Balkan Barometer 2020 report. The report is to be conducted in all Six Western Balkan economies: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia and Serbia.

Qualified experts are invited to send an application in line with the Open Call for Consultancy Services. The deadline for submission of applications is 7 October 2019.

* This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence.
