Following last year’s first Butterfly Innovation & Business Forum culminating with the successful first Regional Butterfly Innovation Award, awarding six  innovation ideas from the region, Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is organizing 2nd regional Butterfly Innovation & Business Forum in Sarajevo on 6-7 December 2022. 

The regional Butterfly Innovation and Business Forum is designed to deepen our understanding of existing innovation opportunities in the Western Balkans (WB). After the Forum's rewarding first edition in 2021, RCC continues to assist the development of a regional innovation ecosystem. This year’s Forum will focus on promoting sustainable models of academic and business cooperation and the power of Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs). 

The forum envisages lively discussions around outstanding innovative initiatives making waves across South East Europe. Along the Forum’s Imagine. Innovate. Create. motto, captivating speakers will share their first-hand transformative experiences.

2nd regional Butterfly Innovation & Business Forum is being organized by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), in partnership with the Innovation and Digitalisation in SMEs in BiH project implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).
