Western Balkan Cyber Security Conference 2025 dubbed “WB CyberPulse 2025: Tracking Progress, Building Resilience, Driving Change” is to take place in Podgorica, Montenegro on 2 July 2025. This key gathering of cybersecurity leaders, experts, and institutions from across the region and the EU will be organized by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) and the European Commission (EC) in collaboration with the Western Balkan Cyber Capacity Centre (WB3C). It will bring together ministers, regional CERT/CIRT/CSIRT teams, EU representatives, global institutions, IFIs, private sector, cybersecurity experts, and civil society to strengthen cyber resilience in the Western Balkans.
The conference aims to foster a structured dialogue, enhance regional collaboration, and align cybersecurity efforts with EU standards. With a focus on addressing current gaps, exploring emerging technologies, and operationalising regional initiatives, the event will serve as a platform for joint actions and innovative partnerships to advance cybersecurity capabilities in the region.
