The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is to organize the 4^th Regional Butterfly Innovation Forum, to be held on 19–20 November 2025 in Sremska Kamenica. The event will also feature the 4^th Butterfly Innovation Award Ceremony as a side event.

Organised under the Common Regional Market (CRM) 2.0 - Boost Regional Innovation agenda, the Forum will support the region’s green and digital transitions and foster a vibrant regional innovation ecosystem. This year’s edition will focus on Western Balkans Six (WB6) start-up ecosystem evolution as well as AI, deep/green-tech in manufacturing and skills, showcasing successful innovation stories from across the WB6.

The Forum will bring together policy makers, innovators, start-up founders, and partners from the region and beyond, providing a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration. At its margins, the Butterfly Innovation Awards will celebrate outstanding regional innovators contributing to sustainable and digital growth.

Previous Forum editions took place in Skopje, Sarajevo, and Podgorica, while the Award Ceremonies were held in Tirana, Sofia, and Podgorica.
