19^th Winter School of Diplomacy organized by the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute with RCC and the Hanns Seidel Foundation is taking place on 22-27 March 2026. in Sandanski,  Bulgaria.

The seminar dubbed South East Europe and the Black Sea Region: Bridging Regional Priorities with Global Realities will gather diplomats from SEE, the Black Sea region, and EU Member States and focus on regional security, geopolitical developments, multilateral cooperation, and diplomacy in times of crisis while highlighting RCC priorities, including the SEE2030 Strategy, SecuriMeter findings, and regional cooperation initiatives.
