18th Annual Meeting of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC)  will be held on 9 June 2026 in Sofia. The meeting will be hosted by the RCC Secretary General and the Sofia Chair-in-Office of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP). 

The meeting is expected to gather RCC Board participants, representatives of international organisations, regional initiatives, and partners closely cooperating with the RCC. It will serve as an opportunity to exchange views on overall regional developments and priorities, while also providing a platform for the RCC Secretary General to present the organisation’s Annual Report for the past year, as well as the SEE2030 Strategy Annual Report and Midterm update.

The Annual Meeting will be held back-to-back with the SEECP Ministers of Foreign Affairs Meeting and the SEECP Summit, scheduled to take place following the RCC Annual Meeting on 10 June 2026.
