The ninth meeting of the South East Europe Judicial Training Institutes (SEE JTI) Network will take place on 3 June 2026 in Sofia, Bulgaria, hosted by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) in cooperation with the National Institute of Justice of Bulgaria. The meeting will bring together representatives of judicial training institutions, judges, prosecutors, and experts from across the region to discuss the growing importance of digitalisation and artificial intelligence in modern justice systems.

The event will focus on strengthening the capacities of judicial institutions to address digital transformation in regional judicial cooperation, including the handling of digital evidence, electronic communication, videoconferencing, and the use of AI in judicial systems. Participants will exchange practical experiences and good practices related to judicial training, while also addressing legal, ethical, and fundamental rights implications linked to digitalisation and trustworthy AI. The meeting aims to foster closer regional cooperation among SEE judicial training institutions and support alignment with evolving EU digital justice standards.
