The Regional Cooperation Council, together with the Intelligence and Security Directorate of the Ministry of Defence, the 2026 SEEMIC Chairmanship-in-Office, is organising the 18th Conference of South East European Military Intelligence Chiefs in Budva, Becici.

The Conference will focus on energy security, energy dependence, resource diversification, and regional cooperation, including the impact of supply disruptions on military and civilian security.

Participants will discuss critical infrastructure vulnerabilities, hybrid and cyber threats, military readiness and opportunities for stronger regional cooperation.
