RCC co-organizes 8th Western Balkans Digital Summit

The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) will partner with the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro in organising the 8th Western Balkans Digital Summit (WBDS), taking place on 12–14 October 2026 in Herceg Novi, within Montenegro’s 2026 Presidency of the Berlin Process. The Summit will bring together high-level representatives from the Western Balkans Six, the European Commission, business and academia, civil society and the technology sector to advance regional cooperation and the region’s digital transformation.
Discussions will mainly focus on topics related to digitalization, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, but also covering connectivity, digital skills, public services and children protection, with particular attention to strengthening regional integration and alignment with the EU digital agenda.
Since its launch in 2018, the RCC has supported and co-organised the Western Balkans Digital Summit as a key regional platform for advancing digital integration, connectivity and cooperation.
