Following the Kick-Off of the Youth Policy Lab on Dissinformation and Media Literacy held in November 2025 in Tirana and Mid-Term Conference held in April 2026 in Tivat, EU funded and RCC implemented WBYL is to organise Final Conference of the Youth Policy Lab on Disinformation and Media Literacy on 3 November in Dubrovnik.

The Conference will bring together young people and policymakers from the Western Balkans Working Groups to exchange experiences and present the results of their work over the past year and a half, including initiatives addressing disinformation, media literacy, hate speech and other challenges.

The Youth Policy Lab is recognised as an effective model of youth participation in decision-making, enabling young people and policymakers to jointly develop policy solutions and the Final Conference will provide an opportunity to reflect on the progress achieved and reaffirm policymakers’ commitment to sustaining cooperation and implementing the co-created policies.
