This high level meeting is to discuss the strengthening of institutional framework of parliamentary cooperation in South East Europe, modes of fighting negative effects of the global economic crisis on the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) participating states, and cooperation of the SEECP parliamentary dimension with parliamentary organizations and regional/international institutions.
