The JCC meeting, which is SECI highest decision making body, will address the main priorities related to the organizational, institutional and operational framework such as: the completion of the negotiations on the Convention on the South East Europe Law Enforcement Centre (SELEC Convention – replacing SECI), SEE Organized Crime Threat Assessment (SEE-OCTA), cooperation with Europol, The Migration, Asylum, Refugees Regional Initiative (MARRI) and RCC. RCC Secretariat will be represented at the level of Justice and Home Affairs Unit.
