The workshop, organized by the South East Europe Transport Observatory (SEETO), with the aim to promote the development of the core regional transport network, will discuss three topics: analysis of existing conditions and of legal framework for access to railway network in SEETO participants, current practices for access charges and railway regulators in SEETO participants and draft regulatory manual for access to infrastructure.
