The Heads of Law Enforcement/Police Development Departments of the OSCE Missions will discuss the policing priorities and plans for 2009, inter alia, on organized crime, capacity building/training and community policing. Discussions will be geared to the coordination among and between the field operations and regional organizations, including RCC.
