SecuriMeter 2025, Public Opinion Survey on Security

The RCC’s SecuriMeter 2025 survey is a regional public opinion report that examines how citizens across the Western Balkans Six perceive security and related socio-economic challenges in their daily lives. It explores attitudes toward personal and regional security, economic stability, trust in institutions, corruption, migration (immigration and emigration), emerging security threats such as cyber risks and artificial intelligence, as well as the impact of international conflicts. By capturing citizens’ experiences and expectations across multiple dimensions of security and resilience, the survey provides policymakers and the public with evidence-based insights into key risks, vulnerabilities, and trends shaping stability and governance in the region.
