RCC Secretary General Amer Kapetanović delivered the opening address at One Region. One Market. One Reform Agenda. panel, of the Economic Conference Montenegro 2026, held in Budva on 30 September 2026. Kapetanović called for faster implementation of the Common Regional Market, stronger regional economic integration and closer alignment with the EU Single Market, stressing that overcoming fragmentation and building regional scale are essential for competitiveness, investment and faster convergence with the EU.
