Following on the second round of negotiations on the new all-inclusive Regional Roaming Agreement (RRA2) for the Western Balkans (WB), held in Brussels on 24 January 2019, the RCC is continuing with the support to the WB economies in their joint effort to finalize the RRA2 which is to encompass all WB economies and additionally reduce the roaming costs by July 2019, leading the path of “Roam Like At Home” (RLAH) and zero roaming cost in 2021.

This round of negotiations will provide a regional platform for the finalization of the RRA2, including agreeing on the final text, strengthening and reaffirming joint commitment toward this agenda and discussing the next steps leading to the signing of the RRA2 at the upcoming Western Balkans Digital Summit that is to take place in Belgrade on 4-5 April 2019.
