Centre for Sustainable Spatial Development – EXPEDITIO, beneficiary of the RCC implemented and EU funded Tourism Development And Promotion Grand Programme, will present a comprehensive assessment of the WWII monuments in the six Western Balkans economies analysing their cultural and artistic value and potential for inclusion into a new regional cultural route. 

The assessment will further include a proposal for route development, suggested itineraries and guidelines for the next steps. It will contribute to the ongoing activities on the Balkan Monumental Trail development.
