The Regional Cooperation Council’s (RCC) 17th Annual Meeting will be held in Tirana on 16 June 2024. The meeting will be co-chaired by the RCC and Tirana Chairpersonship-in-Office (C-i-O) of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP).

The meeting will serve as an opportunity to exchange views on the overall regional development and for the RCC Secretary General to present the organisation’s Annual Report for the past year as well as the Strategy and Work Programme 2026-2028. 

Annual Meeting will be held back-to-back with the Meeting of the SEECP Ministers of Foreign Affairs and the SEECP Summit which are to take place after the RCC Annual meeting on 16 June 2025.
