10 November 2026-11 November 2026 Tirana

The 11th Annual Regional Security Coordination Conference (JUMBO 2026) will take place in Tirana on 10–11 November 2026. Organised by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy (MAECI), the Ministry of the Interior of Italy, and in partnership with the Ministry of Interior of Albania, the Conference will be held under the title “Regional Security: New Risks, Stronger Cooperation.”

JUMBO 2026 will bring together senior government representatives, security practitioners, EU institutions and agencies, regional initiatives, international organisations, academia and civil society to discuss increasingly interconnected security challenges, including organised crime, migration-related risks, corruption, cyber and hybrid threats, emerging technologies and climate-related disruptions.

The programme will combine high-level policy discussions with practitioner-focused working groups on border/boundary management and irregular migration, organised crime in the digital environment, cyber and hybrid threats, and climate change and security. RCC will also present preliminary findings from SecuriMeter 2026.

Interested participants may indicate their interest in attending JUMBO 2026 via the online registration form. Participation will be confirmed based on the final programme and available capacity.
