The meeting will establish, start and develop the process of implementation of the Banja Luka Ministerial Pledge (2011), with a purpose to strengthen regional cooperation in public health and incorporate health issues into various governmental policies.

The event is organized by the Croatian Presidency of the South East European Health Network (SEEHN), which operates under the auspices of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), and will be attended by representatives of the SEEHN Member States, partner countries, international organizations and heads of SEEHN Regional Health Development Centers.

The conference will be organized back to back with the first Regional Ministerial Conference on Organ Donation and Transplantation “Heart to the Region” – Beating Towards Self-Sufficiency.
